As you go inside the Jinju Market there is a little restaurant at an alley.
Inside of the restaurant is not fancy or anything but can feel the comfort from visiting a local restaurant.
Bibimbap is served. Jinju uses raw beef tar-tar as a recipe. All the 8~9 seasonal ingredients are chopped in fine pieces. It melts in your mouth once you mix it and eat it.
Bulgogi is also great here. It is sweet, salty, and smoky. It is a dish combined of all the good qualities of BBQ.
Side dishes are generous served.
A beef soup comes with meal.
At the courtyard of the restaurant inside there is a room available.
The earthenware is used to ferment the kimchi and other various pickled and fermented side dishes.
If you are stopping by Jinju, don't forget to visit here. One of the best bibimbap there is in Korea.
