Fresh Shrimps at Winter Season. Try Shrimp Dishes in Goseong~!

 During winter from September to December, shrimps are most plump and tasty. Nutritious value of shrimps are great. It is low in calories, protein-rich, and full of omega fatty acid(good fat).

Let me introduce, a great restaurant in Goseong where it specializes in shrimp dishes.

 The restaurant is very well-known by residents in Goseong. It is called Byungsan Susan. The sign well stands out from even far away. You will be able to spot it easily. The building is quite large as well.


 It specializes in shrimp but there are other seafood too~!

 Here is the menu. All the ingredients are from domestic grounds.

The tin foil is laid on the bottom of the pan. and the course salts are layered on top.
The shrimp goes in and is slowly cooked for about 10~15 minutes.

 The shrimps begin to change its color, and the aroma starts to fill up the air.

 The shrimps are fully cooked and ready to be eaten.

 If you do not favor steamed shrimp, then shrimp tempura, sweet and sour shrimp, porridge or ramen is also available.

 The Kuruma shrimps are on the menu and these are eaten raw. They are sweet and succulent.
