There's a plaza at the first floor, with a water fountain at the center. The European style of architecture is what makes the plaza especially popular among children.
Walk up the stairs to the second floor, and you will arrive at the library, where everyone can read books for free. Computers installed nearby allow simple web surfing and games.

The third floor is the most popular venue, where you can take a breather at the Rooftop Park and the Mini Zoo. At the zoo, you can see guinea pigs and rabbits.
